How long will I need treatment for?
This is unique to every patient and very much depends on you and the problem you have. Some people get better with just 2-3 treatments whilst others may need a more complex rehabilitation plan that can span a number of weeks.
When your treatment plan is developed, we will discuss the likely time period with you. For us, patient education you a massive part of the process. That means that we will give you the tools to improve your injury yourself and also to manage those pesky flare-ups should they occur.
What should I expect from my first appointment?
When you first attend, you will be asked to complete a consent form, giving us permission to treat you. Then your clinician will talk with you privately to assess your condition, discuss your goals, and create a tailored treatment plan specific to your needs. We’ll guide you through every step of the process to make sure you feel comfortable and supported.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes we do.
Is your therapy hands on?
Yes! This will either be joint mobilisations or soft tissue work, depending on why you are coming to see us. If you want an hour long massage then we have separate massage therapists who are highly skilled at this and would recommend booking directly with them using this below button.

Should I stop my activity while I am injured?
Usually it is a good idea to keep as active as you can. We will always work with you to manage the laid going through injured structures and graduate a return to full activity as soon as is appropriate.
Can you organise scans if I need them?
Yes we can. Ultrasound scans are done in-house and we can arrange for X-rays and MRIs if they are required.
